“I give and bequeath to the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals the sum of $________________ OR _______________ percent of my estate.”
This bequest is unrestricted and may be used where the need is greatest.  

OR

“I give and bequeath to the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals the sum of $________________ OR _______________ percent of my estate.  The principal of my bequest shall be restricted and earnings used as determined by the Maine State Society for the Protection of Animals.”
