From his adopter: “The ever-so-photogenic Roger (formerly known as Buddy) joined our family as a companion five years ago. He is a Shetland-type pony in his mid-30s, but don’t be fooled – he still has the attitude and spunk of an equine half his age, which becomes apparent during his frequent bucking zooms in the round pen. Roger is wily and opinionated, curious and friendly – a true character who is a joy to have around. He is mellowing with age and enjoys being the wise old leader of his band of two young mares: a mini mule and Kate, another MSSPA alumnae. He knows his job and does it well!”
